Healthbox is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC), so we are a not-for-profit organisation, committed to benefiting the local community. All CICs have to pass a “community interest test” and “asset lock”. This ensure the company has been established to benefit the community, and not purely for private gain, with assets and profits dedicated to these purposes. Registration is approved and monitored by the CIC Regulator.
